| Hi my name is James Kaplan and doing grade 11(standard 9)by correspondence. I am an amateur radio operator i have been on the air waves for over a year now and everything is going well I wrote my liscence at the begining of may 2002 and achieved excellent results. I am a member of I.C.A.S.A (independant communications authority of south africa) I operate with various equipment and a dual band external antenna.
